We ship only to addresses in the countries listed below. We choose a carrier depending on the size of your order (DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS, etc.) The shipping costs by country are listed below.  

If your country is not listed here, please send us an email to office@musegear.net indicating the items and quantity you wish to order, along with your shipping address, postcode and country. We will let you know asap if we are able to ship to your country, as well as the applicable shipping costs. Please allow a little time as we need to check this information with our carriers.

For shipments to Germany, you may choose any of the following payment methods, unless otherwise stated in the product description:

III. Detailed information on available payment methods

1. Shopify Payments
   Shopify Payments accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shopify Pay, and Sofort.
2. PayPal Express Checkout
   When you select PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal where you can choose to pay using your available PayPal credit or bank account.
3. SOFORT Banking (DIRECT ebanking)
   Select SOFORT Banking to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. Don’t forget to indicate your order.
4. GoCoin
   When you select GoCoin you will be redirected to an official GoCoin website where you can make your payment with bitcoin. You are then automatically returned to our checkout.

C. Calculating delivery times

Delivery time: 2 – 3 business days* 

* For standard shipping to Germany. The delivery time for express shipping to Germany is 1– 2 business days.

To calculate the delivery time for standard shipping to other countries, take the delivery time indicated next to the product and add the number of days indicated next to your country in the table below.

Die Frist für die Lieferung beginnt bei allen angegebenen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag. 4
